UX Designer / CRO Strategist

Hi, I'm Satoshi Tai

Turning "gut-feel" suggestions into evidence-based actions.

I combine quantitative analysis and behavioral economics to prioritize CRO initiatives, design high-performing web experiences, and run the full cycle — from data to design to A/B test reporting.

Design Philosophy

Quiet Precision Design

Great design doesn't call attention to itself.

The design I believe in might seem understated at first glance. No flashy animations, no visuals that exist purely to impress — nothing I haven't judged necessary. What remains is a single-minded commitment to getting the right message to the right person.

In marketing, surprising users is not the goal. The goal is to help them feel the value of a product or service and understand what it means for them. Design, then, must serve as a translator — carrying the features and messages that live behind the surface.

What to show, what to leave out, where to direct the eye — every decision begins with the same question: will this land clearly, for this person, at this moment?

Considered precision, held quietly. That is the philosophy I call Quiet Precision.

What I Bring

Three strengths that move the CVR needle

01

Identify problems with data

Using GA4 and other analytics tools, I set priorities based on numbers — not gut feel — and drive projects forward with evidence at every step.

02

Design with theory

I apply behavioral economics to fill the gaps that data alone can't explain, grounding every recommendation in a rationale that stakeholders can buy into.

03

Own the full process

Analysis, UI design, and implementation direction — handled end-to-end. Proposals don't stop at the deck; I stay accountable until the numbers move.

How I Work

End-to-end ownership: analysis → design → testing → reporting

STEP 01

Discovery & Analysis

Identify problems via GA4 & heatmaps

STEP 02

Hypothesis & Strategy

Prioritize using data & behavioral economics

STEP 03

UI Design & Testing

Design in Figma, validate with A/B tests

STEP 04

Measurement & Reporting

Report results with data, feed into next iteration
